Hey loves,

In the chaos of daily life, prioritizing skin care has become one of my favorite ways to pause and nourish. My entire life I've been known to have soft skin. I believe keeping your skin soft, hydrated, and glowing doesn’t need to be complicated—it’s about consistency and choosing gentle yet effective products. Today, I’m sharing three of my favorite Amazon finds that help me maintain softness, lock in moisture, and keep my skin feeling fresh.

🌿 My Top 3 Skin-Softening & Hydrating Essentials

  1. Dr Teal’s Pure Epsom Salt Soak (Shea Butter & Almond Oil) When I want a truly relaxing bath, this is my go-to. The magnesium sulfate works to ease tension and sore muscles, while shea butter and almond oil deeply moisturize my skin. I usually add about 2 cups to warm water and soak for 20 minutes. After drying off, my skin is supple and ready for moisturizing. Bonus: it’s paraben-free, phthalate-free, and cruelty-free. Get it here.

  1. M3 Naturals Exfoliating Turmeric Scrub & Salt Scrub

This one is my weekly brightener. The scrub combines turmeric root, sugar, sea salt, collagen, jojoba oil, shea butter, and a touch of retinol to gently remove dead skin while helping improve texture. It works great on the body—legs, arms, knees—and I even use it lightly on rough spots like heels. I massage it in while skin is slightly damp, then rinse off. This helps my skin feel smoother, look more even, and soak up my moisturizing oil better. Shop it here

  1. M3 Naturals Anti-Cellulite Massage Oil with Collagen & Stem Cell.

This is the finishing touch in my self-care ritual. After bath or shower, I massage this lightweight oil into still-damp skin. It’s especially helpful for areas like thighs and arms. With collagen, plant stem cells, and nourishing oils, it boosts hydration, improves texture, and helps reduce the look of uneven skin. I focus on circular motions to increase circulation and help absorption. Shop it here

💡 My Hydration + Softness Tips

  • Warm (not hot) baths/showers — open up the pores without stripping natural oils.

  • Exfoliate regularly (1-2× per week) — removes dead skin, lets your moisturizers & oils penetrate more deeply.

  • Moisturize while skin is slightly damp — it helps seal in moisture more effectively.

  • Layering — soak → exfoliate → oil/cream → massage = best results.

  • Stay hydrated & use a humidifier if air is dry where you live.

  • Nighttime focus — richer products at night help skin repair while you sleep.

✨ Final Thoughts

Soft, hydrated skin is possible without overwhelming routines. For me, it’s a relaxing bath, a gentle scrub, and a nourishing oil massage these three rituals keep my skin soft, radiant, and pampered. Use what your skin needs, enjoy the process, and don’t stress the rest.

If you try or use any of these, I’d love to hear which ones you love the most (or if you swap them around)!

With love,

Kimberley Gott
